Exchanges for Incorrectly Sized or Colored Items
We understand that sometimes sizing or color choices may not meet your expectations. If you receive a product that doesn’t match your specifications, like incorrectly sized or colored, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in exchanging it for the correct size or color.
Custom-Made Items
Please be aware that items custom-made to your specifications are not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless a manufacturer’s defect is identified. We take pride in creating products tailored to your preferences, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made items with no manufacturing flaws.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you realize that you have ordered the wrong item or need to change your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this 24-hour window, we regret to inform you that cancellations or changes will not be accepted, as our production process may have already begun.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth exchange or refund process, kindly follow these guidelines:
The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Returned items are free from odors and pet hair to ensure quality for other customers.
Items should be carefully folded and securely packaged in protective wrapping before returning them to us.
